I kind of get it, craft beers became yuppie-ish instead of these...


entrepreneurial heros, the way out flavors are probably the last stab at being "there." I've kinda noticed it from the other end too, at least a couple of restaurants I've been to have cut their chalkboard list of beers way back to around ten items or so including Greeks Restaurant, did I see PBR on there last time?

Craft beer boom over now? I mean, at least in the consolidating stage, eg, Devil's backbone bought out by Embev or at least hooked up to a robust restaurant somewhere.
